City of Wisconsin Rapids Survey Results Now Available

The results of the City of Wisconsin Rapids Mission, Vision, Values and Funding Priorities Surveys are in. This public survey ran March 3rd through April 1st. It asked questions about how residents in the city and surrounding areas feel should be priorities of local government.

The response with the most votes included: Provide a safe community through basic services, enhance quality of life through economic growth, and maintain and grow a strong city.

Respondents want local government to be perceived as honest, transparent, forward thinking, and community focused with core values of accountability, community focus, and honesty.

Funding priorities identified included Infrastructure, roads, and streets, local economy and economic development, and close to a tie between recreation, parks and trails and Emergency Fire and medical services.
