Time to take a peek back at some of the happenings this week on the show.
- Music!! Lots of great music.
- A guy in Italy was arrested for a crime and had his mugshot taken. Someone recognized the shirt that he was wearing in the mugshot as one stolen in a previous robbery. The man was arrested again. (did he get a new mug shot or did they recycle the previous one?)
- There’s something called “wedding nannies”. This is for people who want their kids to attend the wedding but not have to, you know, not worry about parenting and keeping an eye on the little ones. FYI, it’ll cost you about a $1000 for the night.
- A 58-year-old English woman was busted for shoplifting from a store called Mother’s Goodies. She stole a crystal ball. (she should have asked the crystal ball if it was a bad idea)
- Canadian researchers ran swabs around the rims of coffee mugs and a bunch of different offices and tested for bacteria and found more than 100 bacterial colonies in mugs presumed clean by the people who used them. (you’re looking at yours right now, aren’t you)
- A woman in Maine claims that more than two-hundred voting ballots showed up at her door, inside an Amazon box. The F-B-I says it’s investigating, and Amazon is cooperating. (you can buy voting ballots from Amazon?)
- 3000 Americans end up in the E.R. every year injuring themselves with tanning beds.
Have a great weekend and thanks for listening!

But, what is Cinco de Mayo about?
Most of us love to “celebrate” Cinco de Mayo, but what is Cinco de Mayo really about? A lot of people think it’s Mexico’s independence day, but that is actually in September, September 16th to be exact. Cinco de Mayo honors, May 5, 1862, when a smaller, poorly equipped Mexican militia led by General Ignacio […]
