Can you have too much fun at work? I do! Every day and it’s because of you. Here’s a bit of what we did this week on the show.
- GREAT music!
- Lots of winning in our Grown Up Gift List contest!
- A guy in Daytona Beach Florida was arrested for car theft. The alleged thief said he didn’t do it. He said was somehow transported into the vehicle. Police said he was nice of the “transporter” to make sure he had his seatbelt on when he was driving. A judge will have to decide what really happened.
- A Japanese start-up is building the world’s first human washing machine. It’s a bathtub with a roof and looks like a big cocoon. It uses sonic wave technology to make tiny bubbles that scrub you clean and even dries you. It’ll cost you about $385,000.
- Wanna drive the weinermobile? Oscar Meyer is taking applications for 2026. It’s a one year full time gig and you’ll cruise across 30 states.
- Martha Stewart wants to become compost when she passes away. She said in a recent interview she wants to be buried in a white sheet and placed under her vegetable garden. (do you have to disclose that if you sell the house?)
- 68-percent of people in a recent survey said they want cash instead of gifts for Christmas this year. By the way, they said $600 is a nice round number.
As always, thanks for listening and letting me be part of your day! Have a great weekend and let’s do it again next week.

But, what is Cinco de Mayo about?
Most of us love to “celebrate” Cinco de Mayo, but what is Cinco de Mayo really about? A lot of people think it’s Mexico’s independence day, but that is actually in September, September 16th to be exact. Cinco de Mayo honors, May 5, 1862, when a smaller, poorly equipped Mexican militia led by General Ignacio […]
