Just wanted to say THANK YOU for letting me part of your week. Here’s some of the stuff we did on the radio.
- TONS of great music!
- A woman in Texas heard a buzz outside her window, grabbed her phone and saw a flying “thing” crash into her apartment building. The “thing” was a giant Amazon delivery drone. Amazon apologized for any inconvenience and said that they are investigating. They use the drones for same day delivery. (if they don’t crashed into a building with them!)
- A robber tried to run off after a female cashier in a convenience store pulled off his mask, slapped his face and told him not to be “such a silly boy.” Police arrived on the scene and arrested the man for theft. (and being a silly boy!)
- A survey finds that driving in the snow is what stresses us most when behind the wheel. (not me, when I see someone staring at their phone instead of the road stresses me out!)
- (related to #4) A driver in Italy was fined after he was caught driving while holding a cell phone to each ear. (what I said above!)
- Scientists say they have evidence of sharks living into their 70s and 80s. (do you know how you can tell a shark is in its 80s? It swims with its left turn signal on all the time!)
Thanks for listening, have a fantastic week and let’s do it again next week!

A lot of people think it’s Mexico’s independence day, but that is actually in September, September 16th to be exact. Cinco de Mayo honors, May 5, 1862, when a smaller, poorly equipped Mexican militia led by General Ignacio […]
