If you’ve listened to my show the last few weeks, I’ve been talking at length about my kidney stone. I had surgery over a week ago to remove the stone, then my urologist put in a stent into my kidney. Well, I finally had that stent removed and everything seems to be good! I do have one more follow up appointment, but since there is no stent that needs to be removed, I’m not so concerned anymore! It is my goal to make this my last kidney stone. I’ve had three of them now, two of which required surgery. I’m making changes to my diet and lifestyle that will hopefully be beneficial in the long-term. So, for now, I’m done with kidney stones! Until the next one. 😳😳😳
