You’re probably familiar with these incredible vacation offers that “vacation clubs” send out to people, promising an amazing multi-day stay at a posh Caribbean resort for the price of your local Super 8 Motel. I know the catch: To avoid being billed the full retail value of the stay, you must attend a 90-minute sales presentation on-site, where their best salespeople try to sell you a timeshare that you’ll be stuck with (and the associated annual maintenance fees) until you gift it to one of your kids or some other unsuspecting person you claim to love. Typical timeshare stuff, right?
But….is that low-cost vacation actually WORTH the 90-minutes of my time and the relentless sales tactics of their best salespeople? Will they let me walk out after the presentation with a shred of dignity left if I say “no?” I received one of those vacation offers (again) and this time, I am actually considering doing it. Share with me everything you know! Or….everything you think I should know! Shoot me an e-mail at [email protected]
Thanks in advance!
