“Beetlejuice Beetlejuice” was the movie to finally take down “Deadpool & Wolverine”. It brought in $110 million in its opening weekend.
That’s now the second-best September opening of all time! Can you guess the first?
I’ll give you a hint. It was a movie back in 2017.
It brought in $123 million on its debut weekend.
It featured Pennywise The Clown. And if you said “It”, you got it!
“Beetlejuice Beetlejuice” now becomes the 3rd best opening of 2024, behind “Deadpool & Wolverine” (which brought in $211.4 million) and “Inside Out 2” (which brought in $154.2 million).
