We all make mistakes here and there at work, right? Maybe you sent an email to a .com instead of an .edu or forgot to attach the .pdf file or word document when you sent out the pamphlet for your upcoming presentation. Those things can easily be remedied. This recent mix-up with the Wicked movie dolls….well, not so much.
The Wicked dolls were produced by Mattel and sent out to stores like Target and Kohl’s as well as online retailers like Amazon. The box had a website listed on the back where kids could interact with the movie website and watch trailers and videos that should have been: WickedMovie.com
The problem was that they forgot to add the word “Movie” into the URL address so anyone who followed the link got taken to a whole other adult film site that was in no way attached to the family friendly Wicked movie (starring Ariana Grande) that comes out in theaters on November 22nd.
Mattel said they were working on remedying the mistake but in the meantime Mattel is advising consumers “to discard the product packaging or obscure the link.” The company also said customers can contact Mattel Customer Service for more information.

Movie Review: Crime 101
If you’re looking for a great heist movie, I think you’ll love Crime 101! The performances by Halle Berry, Chris Hemsworth, and Mark Ruffalo were fantastic.
