It’s time to pick your favorite toys!
The Strong National Museum of Play has announced its 2025 finalists for the Toy Hall of Fame, The 12 nominees include:
- Battleship
- Catan
- Connected Four
- Cornhole
- Furby
- Scooter
- Slime
- Snow
- Spirograph
- Star Wars Light Saber
- Tickle Me Elmo
- Trivial Pursuit
You can vote online for your favorites until September 24th. The three with the greatest number of votes will make up a “Player’s Choice” ballot and will be counted alongside 22 other ballots from a panel of historians, educators and experts.
My favorites would be: Furby (because I loved mine), Cornhole (because I’ve never had a bad time playing in the backyard), and the Spirograph (I haven’t played with one in years but I would love to again!).
The winners will be announced in November by The Strong National Museum of Play in Rochester, New York.
