There is a new trend by Gen Z-ers to “revenge quit” So what’s revenge quitting? It’s when you don’t give 2-weeks notice, you just quit, no notice, just walk out and then of course share it on social media. I’m sure most of us would have loved to do that at one time or another but the fact is the most people it hurts are your (former) coworkers who have to pick up the slack. A job can at times be frustrating but when it’s time to leave lift yourself above the nonsense, give your notice and move on. Good luck out there!
