It’s National Bubble Wrap day today. Is there anything better than popping bubble wrap? Well, yes but it’s gotta be in the top 10! Here’s some bubble wrap facts you may not know.
- Bubble Wrap was initially created and marketed as a textured wallpaper.
- A 2012 survey found that with just over one minute of popping, respondents relieved stress equivalent to a 33 minute massage.
- The Guinness World Record for the most people simultaneously popping bubble wrap is 2,681, set in 2015, by a Denver, Colorado Boy Scouts troop.
If you have some bubble wrap, give it a pop, it’s good for you!
