You! That’s the findings of a new study by the London School of Economics. Our phones cause a lot of those distractions but even when our phones are out of reach, we just find other ways to distract ourselves – like scrolling on our computers instead. The truth is, it’s not simply the phone that’s the problem, but our habits. Basically, we’re so used to checking our devices that we just switch to another screen when one is out of sight. Step away from the screen for a bit when you can.
