Ever come across a story that tells you “don’t eat this” or “make sure you eat this”? I do, ALL THE TIME. But, it also seems like a short time after I see something I should be doing there’s a new ‘study’ that tells me not to do it, or eat it, or wear it. It’s hard to keep up. That’s why we all need to slow down, step back and let things simmer a bit before jumping into something new. I’m not telling you what to do, I’ll leave that for the “experts”. I’m just saying, for me it’s go with the flow and don’t let life get me down.
