Here’s some things that happened this week on the show.
- All kinds of great music!
- How much do we love our pets? 6 out of 10 pet owners say they drive more cautious with their pet in the car then with a family member.
- Cheez-It crackers have teamed up with Palermo’s frozen pizza to make a square 12-inch Original Cheez-It-flavored crust and comes in three flavors: Italian Four Cheese, Pepperoni, and Cheddar Jack Supreme. It should be in store nationwide later this summer.
- Research shows that college students remember better if they take lecture notes by hand rather than with a computer. (now we need to find college students that have pens and paper)
- Turkish authorities confiscated 20 tons of weed from drug smugglers and decided to burn it in a huge bonfire. Unfortunately, it made locals high and sick. Local officials are now looking into alternative methods of disposing drugs in the future. (also, every bag of Frito’s and Dorito’s were sold out the day after the bonfire)
Have a great weekend and thanks for listening!

Pour me a cold one!
It’s National Root Beer day! There’s so many different types to choose from, but where did it actually come from? Hires developed his root tea made from sassafras in 1875, then debuted a commercial version of root beer at the […]
